Events at the Military Museum on 4 and 6 June
The Flag Day of the Finnish Defence Forces will be celebrated on Wednesday 4 June 2025. Entry to the Military Museum's exhibitions is free, and free guided tours are also organized.
The traditional Suomenlinna Museum Day will be celebrated on Friday 6 June 2025. The exhibitions of the Military Museum are open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and admission is free. During the day, there is plenty of programme in the Military Museum´s Manege (guided tour “Finland at War 1939−1945” in English at 12 p.m.), in the Artillery Manege and in the submarine Vesikko.
Mini exhibitions in the Artillery Manege
In addition to the exhibition Between Two Homes, which tells the story of war children, another mini exhibition will also be on display at the Artillery Manege from the beginning of June: the poster exhibition Victory Will Be Ours, which presents Soviet war propaganda.
